Shipping Policy – Viva La Fitness 



1. Fulfillment & Processing Times

  • In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Personalized, drop-shipped, or backordered items may take up to 15 business days to fulfill.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We use major carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL with options such as:

  • Standard (US): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited (US): 1–3 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days (customs and duties may apply)

3. Drop‑ship & Manufacturer Fulfillment

  • Certain brands are shipped directly from suppliers.

  • These items may arrive separately, with extended shipment times.

  • Each shipment includes its own tracking information and estimated delivery.


4. Address Verification & Fraud Protection

  • We may hold or refuse shipment if the shipping address differs from billing address without proper authorization.

  • If a relative or authorized user uses a cardholder’s payment method knowingly, the cardholder remains liable unless legal proof of fraud or theft is presented.

  • Chargebacks based on “family usage” are invalid unless legally demonstrable as fraud



5. Backorders & Pre‑orders

If an item is on backorder, we will contact you to offer the options to:

  • Wait for restock

  • Select an alternative in-stock item

  • Cancel and receive a refund (exclusions may apply for pre-orders or custom orders)


6. Delivery Guarantee & Refunds

  • We strive for accurate delivery estimates and may provide shipping fee refunds if we miss a promised delivery date.


7. Combined Shipments & Incomplete Orders

  • Orders containing multiple items or fulfillment sources (in-stock vs. drop-ship) may arrive in separate packages.

  • Shipping charges are calculated separately per shipment; applicable refunds may apply if multiple charges were incurred unnecessarily.


8. Lost, Damaged & Misdelivered Items

  • If a package is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we’ll assist with filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Replacement or refund decision will follow carrier investigation results.

  • The customer must notify us within 5 business days after delivery or expected delivery.


9. International Duties & Customs

  • International buyers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees.

  • Delays due to customs clearance are not the responsibility of Viva La Fitness.


10. Legal Safeguards & Limitations of Liability

  • Limitation of liability: Viva La Fitness is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or delays beyond carrier control.

  • Force majeure clause: We will not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, etc.).

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or shipping if fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
